We have not received any reports of a similar issue about the error you're getting. To correct this hitch, you can run some browser troubleshooting to check if this is caused by a web page issue.


Open a private or an alternate browser as an initial troubleshooting step. When your browsing data clogs up in the cache, it can potentially cause performance issues in QuickBooks Online. Check out these keyboard shortcuts:


  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P 
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+P 
  • Safari: press Command+Shift+N
