Hello there, mrtrimidaho.
The logo showing on your Print or Preview depends on settings you choose through the Custom Form Style. You can make sure to select the correct size from there.

When you print the invoice and the same thing happens, I suggest we perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this.
To begin, let's use an incognito or private browser when paying e-invoice. This is to know if it's the cache that's causing this unexpected behavior. Below are the keyboard shortcuts:
If you have other QuickBooks related questions, just let me know. I'd be more than happy to help.
I have the logo settings at large, in preview it is proportional to the company’s name and address, when I go to print it it’s way smaller. I have no idea what or why your talking about browsers and cache clearing while paying an e-invoice. I need my logo to print large like it looks on preview, not small as it does. QBO is showing it large in preview and when I’m in edit mode, when it gets sent or printed it’s much smaller. Does this make sense?

I am having the same issue and your support team says that at this time you cannot make the logo any larger. It's very frustrating as the logo looks very out of proportion to the rest of the invoice once it is printed...even when you select the large logo size in setup.
Let's try to import a custom form style. This way we can isolate a possible issue with the default templates already available.
Once done, we need to get to the Custom Form Styles page and add your company logo.
If the issue persists, go back to the Custom Form Styles page. Toggle the logo size to something other than large, then Save it. Go back right after, then toggle it back to large.
In case you still experience the same issue at this point, I suggest contacting our Technical Support team for further help. They can initiate a screen sharing with your permission so they can investigate it for you.
