Why is the QB browser app Add PayPal Account stuck at 'Before We Connect we need your permission'?

Thanks for posting in the Community, @CarlKai. I'd be happy to lend a hand with connecting your PayPal account. 

 

Since you're unable to link the account in the app, I recommend trying a web browser.  I also suggest trying an incognito window (private browsing window), since stored internet settings, like cookies, can cause unexpected behavior.  For additional information on this and other steps to resolve such issues, please see the following article: Troubleshooting browser problems.
