When you login to your QuickBooks Desktop as the Master Administrator, it doesn't ask for an ID number. You only need to have a user name and a password.
However, if you mean logging into your Bank Feeds, you'll need to get in touch with you Financial Institution to ask for your ID number.

QuickBooks requires you to change the password every 90 days. QuickBooks prompts you to change your password near the end of the 90 days as well as on the expiration date itself.

The Administrator to our QuickBooks account has forgotten the password. She also retired on Friday. She left the Administrator's Credentials, but I cannot seem to get in. She has tried multiple passwords and cannot access the account. Also before she left, we purchased the QB Desktop Pro. Our IT company has installed it. We cannot get the files to upload to the new software. Please help. We need our accounts!!

If you can't log in to your Company file even using the Administrator credentials, I suggest resetting the password on your end.
