Join nowHello. I reformatted my pc and I would like to reinstall QB. I have the license and product number but when I use them they do not seem to work. I did not remove the license from the first version. How can I fix this?

You can use the QuickBooks License Look Up tool to verify the license and product number. If you're asked to register QuickBooks and is unable to do so, please contact phone support. They will be asking for additional details to generate a validation code to bypass the registration.

Is there a way to look up the license without having the number? I am not sure who or when might have bought this license so it could prove difficult to hunt down the number.
