The error appears when you're unable to resubscribe to QuickBooks Online.
Since there's an unusual error, I suggest logging into your account via a private browser. This way, you're able to see if we get the same result. This method prevents cookies from being stored on your computer. And, making it a great place to identify browser problems.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
- For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If the steps above work and don't have any problem using a private browser, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This eliminates the stored files so it helps the browser to function efficiently. If not, use other supported browsers.
If the issue continues to occur, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to check your account and investigate why the error code 81832 persists.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern about showing Tax Registration No.
