Retrieving a seat from a broken PC

You may access our website to look up your QuickBooks license. Let me show you how: 

1. Visit  https://camps.intuit.com/. 
2. Sign in with your Intuit Account credentials. 
3. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
4. Select Details.

You can also use locate your license tools to track down the license key or product number.

You may reuse the seat on other machine anytime you want as long as you are able to activate it. You don't need to activate the license if you are installing it on a server as storage only.
