Scanner not recognized while attempting to scan in attachment in QB Desktop for Mac

Hello @Poqcat,

 

Let me help share information about how you can setup a scanner for you to attach a document in QuickBooks.

 

To start with, make sure the scanner you're about to sync is of the following devices listed below:

  • Brother MFC 7820
  • Canon Lide 600
  • Canon MG5320
  • HP Laserjet 3030
  • HP Deskjet 3050A
  • HP Deskjet F4180
  • Epson Perfection 2450
  • Epson Perfection Scan GT-2500
  • Fujitsu ScanPartner Fi-5110CU
  • Epson Stylus NX430
  • Kodak Hero 3.1
  • Visioneer Strobe XP300
  • Lexmark X5650
