Scroll bar - Function Feature?

I am working in Chrome Incognito and cleared my history cache and I still can not scroll.  The right hand scroll down/up bar disappears.  Anyone out here have a solution that is not clearing your cache?

Let's use a different supported browser, POnward.

 

I appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. As of now, let's log in your QuickBooks account using a different browser and check to see if the scroll bar will appear.

 

These are the list of some browsers that QuickBooks supported aside from Google Chrome:

 

  • Safari
  • Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox

 

If you still get the same thing, it would be best to reach out to our Phone Support team. An agent will do a screen share with you. They'll be able to view your account and investigate this further. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon, and then Contact Us.
  2. Enter The scroll bar had disappeared.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Message an Agent or Get a callback.
