Set up CC email (QB Desktop)

Hi,

 

My company have more than 800 customers and my manager wants me to set up CC email for all of them so that when we send out invoice, our boss email will be included.

My usual way is to go to customers tab --> customer center --> double click to the customer --> paste the email to the CC email section.

Is there a faster way to do it?

Welcome to the Community. I can provide you a faster way of entering the customer's email and other information.

 

You can use the Multiple List Entries feature in the QuickBooks. I'll show you how:

  1. Click File.
  2. Select Utilities.
  3. Choose Import.
  4. Click Excel Files.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. Update the customer's email address (either by typing in or copy-pasting).
  7. Update other necessary information.
  8. Click Save Changes.
