  1. So I bought the 1 year subscription for mac a couple months ago. Came home try to install it on my desktop, didn't work. I know, so I go return it to the store because I can't afford to buy a mac yet, and because I scratched the sticker they wouldnt take it. I then went online and did a monthly subscription. Well now I have a mac not sure how to cancel old subscription and install new one that I already have

I would recommend contacting our phone support for QuickBooks for Mac. They can access your account and help with your old subscription.  They can also help you install the new license.


Here's how to contact them:


  1. Open this link:
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop for Mac
  3. Click Using QuickBooks for Mac.
  4. Click Get Phone Number
