Sync with Square stopped

I started a new company and now not syncing with Sync with Square app. Using QuickBooks Online

 

1st support mentioned issue with multiple companies could be the problem, but call got disconnected. 2nd support told me not QB and call Square, Square said not their issue as app developed by Intuit (who owns this app). 3rd and 4th support unable to help. 4th support mentioned maybe multiple PCs used to connect to square app causing it but unable to disconnect successfully.

 

On disconnect, it sends message to intuit app center but bad Gateway returned, maybe not disconnecting correctly which causes problem on reconnect.

 

Support unable to fix, ideas?

Utilize the trial period of this connector. Did you encounter the same issue?

I see transactions that I need, but have to pay for historical.  Are you trying to sell this product?  

 

I'm hoping to use Sync with Square that was previously working

Just to share some insights to your question, we aren't selling any applications in this forum. The tool Fiat Lux - ASIA shared is a mere recommendation to bring in missing transactions that were missing in you feeds.

 

Any charges while using the app depends on the terms of the third-party developers. To learn more about the Synder app, contact their support provider using the contact information found in this link: Synder App

 

You can also try other apps that are QuickBooks accredited by searching the keyword "Paypal" here in this link.

 

Furthermore, if the app is not working properly, you can disconnect and reconnect it from QuickBooks. To unlink it, use the steps below:

 

  1. From the left menu, select Apps then My Apps.
  2. Tap the Action ▼ drop-down menu, then Disconnect. Note: If you can't find Disconnect in the menu, select Settings, then locate the Disconnect button on the settings page.
  3. Complete the short questionnaire.
  4. Hit  Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.

Thanks - I have tried this many time already.  No success! I do notice that there is never a successful disconnect, it tries to transfer me to this web page but then I receive a 504 gateway timeout error:

Allow me to help you get past the 504 gateway timeout error, stemelevated.

 

The 504 gateway timeout error is a connection error in which unable to communicate to the application's server. To get this sorted out, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. We can start by accessing QuickBooks Self-Employed account in a private window.


Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

 

If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

 

I recommend visiting this link: Account Management. These will provide links about managing your QuickBooks Online account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports.

When you have a problem with certain connection, you should try with another connector to isolate the issue and find the root cause to report. I may give you other connectors to try if required. To utilize one of them for the time being, it's all up to you to decide.
