This has happened to me too now.... I have changed banks and as able to set up the "Payroll" bank accounts in QOB. I have run payroll once since, the money was taken out of the new account however the QOB shows in the chart of accounts that it came out of the old account. I was told I needed to change something in the "Accounting Preferences" in Payroll Settings, however I don't have that option anywhere. I've spent a 1.5 hrs on the phone with customer service only to be told I may need to cancel my Full Service Payroll account that I have been using for almost 2 years, and create a new one and pay for the Elite package to make sure that all my information gets migrated correctly... Why is this happening? And why should I have to pay extra to have someone set it up when this should all be done for free seeing that this is obviously and admittedly a glitch on Quick Books side? This is causing all kinds of issues for me right now and I need it fixed immediately.....
