There are 2 errors with my BigCommerce QuickBooks Online integration that is causing it to not sync my sales data... any ideas how to find our why?

Usually, I'm able to see any errors and fix them, but this time it's saying to contact QuickBooks support, but that's likely going to be a long shot with the wait times and availability of QB support.

Thus, you need to contact a QuickBooks support for you to have the best resolution you need to help you get back to your business.

 

You can contact our representative using this steps:

  1. Open your QuickBooks.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. In the box dialogue, enter your concern then click Lets talk.
  5. Select the See available times for you to schedule a call.
