Welcome to the QuickBooks family, mkpotluri.

I can get this fixed for you in no time. This usually happens when the browser is loaded with too much information from the websites you visit.

I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps to help isolate and resolve the issue. Please start with signing into your account through an incognito window.

It allows you to access QuickBooks without using cookies. Here are the keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

If it works, I suggest you continue with clearing the cache. There are times too much data can accumulate over time and cause issues when using the program.

Also, you can try using another browser when performing the process. That way, we'll be able to isolate this unexpected behavior.

For additional reference, I've attached an article you can use in case you need to export reports and list in QuickBooks: Export reports, lists, and more.

Let me know in the comment section below if you have any other questions. Have a great day ahead.

Export to Excel icon is still in the same place —at the right middle corner between the print icon and middle gear icon. See the screenshot for reference.
