Trying to print a check and my options are "Create and on Line Payment" or "Mark as Paid".

Hello there, feltboston,

 

You might've opened the bill, thus, you only have these options. You'll want to open the bill payment transaction instead to print the check. Or, make sure to record the check first before you print it.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click + New on the left pane.
  2. Select Print Checks.
  3. Load your checks into the printer.
  4. Select the bank account containing the checks you wrote that need to be printed.
  5. In the Starting Check no. field, enter the check number of the first check in the printer.
  6. Select Preview and print. If everything is correct, select Print.
  7. If your checks printed OK, select Done.
