Step 1: Within your browser, use the incognito or private window settings. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh new page to remove any error messages or glitches that may stand in the way. Here's how:
Go to the Three Vertical Dots (Menu) in the top right-hand corner.
Choose New Incognito Window.
After it says, "you've gone incognito," type qbo.intuit.com in the URL box.
Now sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and try to process your payroll again.
If this worked, you'll need to go to your regular browser and clear your browsing data. File data is information that has been stored over a sometime that can cause errors or glitches within certain software's that you may use.
