uninstalled the tax1099.com plugin and now QB Pro Desktop no longer starts

With this, let's download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix common errors. Here's how:

1. We recommend you download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
2. Open the file you downloaded.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
4. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

From there, run the Quick Fic my Program. Here's how:
