Hello, Once again, I am having issues with my Wells Fargo account updating in QB online. This happened about a month or two ago and it was unable to update for about 20 days! Are any other Wells Fargo QB online users having the issue: Sorry, we can’t update your account. Please try updating again later.(9999)
I just want to know if it is something everyone is experiencing and QB is working on or if I have to contact them and get assistance fixing it.

We currently have an ongoing issue wherein customers received an error 9999 when updating there Wells Fargo bank in QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are now working to fix this issue as soon as possible. As a workaround, you can try following these steps below so you get your transactions if you'd like and complete your work:
Log in to your bank website.
Select the date range of transactions you want.
Select an approved file type.
Download the file to your computer.
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
On the Banking page, click the Upload button.
Browse your computer for the bank file and select.
I'd also suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team so you'll be added to the list of the affected users. This way, you'll be notified thru email about the latest status of the issue.

I am getting the same 9999 error with Wells Fargo since the past few days. Wells Fargo connections have been the most problematic for me since we started using QBO a few years ago. There is some error or the other every so often!
