Upgrade from qbse to qbo

Hi. I upgrade my qbse account to a qbo and I can't see anywhere where I should have cancelled my account after the upgrade, FROM INSIDE MY QBSE ACCOUNT. 

Now I am being billed twice. 

I want to know where can I see that I should have cancelled the account after the upgrade

If you're going to cancel your subscription through a web browser, here are the steps that you can follow:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Billing Info in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Cancel now in the Cancel section.
  4. Enter a reason for cancelling.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
  6. Click Cancel subscription one more time.
