Upgraded to 2019 from 2016; can't open/update company file



I am trying to upgrade from QB 2016 Premier to 2019 Premier. After installation, 2019 can't convert my company file and I can not open it.


I have backed up, re-installed 2016, verified and rebuilt (no errors), and reinstalled 2019 and attempted multiple times. Still can not open my company file. Support chat does not work (messages won't deliver). Thanks for any advice.
