This is my first time posting in the community - I apologize if this has been asked.
Can anyone list some things to be concerned about, lessons learned, etc. about upgrading from 15.0 all the way to 20.0?
I am a finance and IT guy. Our company is an IT company, so we have good resources here. But I assume leaping that many versions might cause issues or require some interim conversions??

Hey there, @clscfo.
You should be able to jump from 2015 to 2020 without issue. We have a built-in tool that will do all of the upgrades necessary to get your file on the most recent version. We do recommend, however, when upgrading from a version 5+ years old to upgrade each file in increments of 2 years, but in your case it should go smoothly.

Secure a backup copy of your 2015 file prior to open it on your 2020. Once the conversion is completed, your converted file is ready to use. You may also compare the financial report in both version to make sure all data is same.
Thank you. I understand the typical process. I was looking for any exceptions considering the jump is several versions.
