Our old computer finally bit the dust and we had to get a new one, which means all new software. We were using QB 2010, and just purchased QB 2020 for the new computer. I can't get our company files to restore in the 2020 version - I receive an error when the restore hits 92%. The call center told me to "download the free trial of QB 2014 or 2015 from the website," restore my files, then repeat the file restore process in QB 2020. Go figure, I'm not finding a trial of QB 2014 or 2015 online - only the 2020 version. Anyone know a way that I can restore my company files from 2010 to 2020? Or where I can find a 2014 or 2015 free version/trial to upgrade my files (as "John" so helpfully suggested) so I can access them in the 2020 version?
Thanks for sharing what you're trying to achieve, RK73.
