Validation code issue

My credit card expired that was on file for Quickbooks pro 2019. It has been updated now but I'm still unable to use Quickbooks and its asking me for a validation code. I called the number provided on the popup message and was asked to inquire here. I can't believe a Company as large as Intuit doesnt have at least one live person available to assist after hours. Is there anyway for me to obtain this code now so I can access my Company file?

Re: Validation code issue

I appreciate you for sharing your experience, cachnrlese.

This is definitely not how we handle our customer's concern.

I want to help you look for the validation code, however, I won't be able to that without asking your private information. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can check your account in secure environment and ensure the payment goes through successfully, so you can access the company file.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop and click Help at the top.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. On the Have a Question? screen, scroll down and select the QuickBooks Support.
  4. Enter a topic and click Search.
  5. Click the Start a Message button.

I'd appreciate if you can update me on how the call goes. I'll be here should you need anything else.

@cachnrlese ,

Are you using QuickBooks 2019 Pro Plus?
