We were notified of an upgrade to Desktop Pro Plus 2020, but didn't do it at that time. Now we can't find how to do it. There's no link or popup. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Upgrading to the latest edition of QuickBooks Pro Plus is super easy. If you've dismissed the in-product popup, it won't appear again, but no worries! If you're on our annual subscription service, you will get the latest version included. I've outlined the process for downloading the latest version below.

1. Sign in to your Intuit account with the email address you used to purchase QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Under Manage your QuickBooks, go to QuickBooks Desktop.
3. Find QuickBooks Desktop 2020. You'll also see any previous products listed.
4. Select Details to see your license number, product number, and the download link.
5. Click Download to get the install file.
