This error means that only partial info is pulled through from a bank's API, thus throwing account in error state 355. If you're working in the Banking page, you can run a bank update to refresh the connection.
Follow the steps below:
- From the left toolbar, select the Banking menu and tap the Banking tab.
- Click to highlight the account you're updating, then hit the Update button.
If it doesn't self resolve the problem, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Open a private window.
- Go to the Banking menu then find the account that is not updating.
- Click on the pencil icon then select Edit sign-in info.
- Input your log in credentials, then click Update.
