When clicking the preview and print check button, there's nothing to print in print preview. we cant even download PDF file for the vouchers made. Thank you

In QuickBooks Online, it is recommended to use a supported, up-to-date browser to have the best and most experienced. Since most troubles about printing PDF files are due to the browser issue.
 

I have some troubleshooting steps for you that you can follow to fix this. These are:

  1. Delete cookies.
  2. Try printing as an image.
  3. Try using a different browser.
  4. Disable your pop-up blocker.
  5. Set Adobe as the default reader.

I also have the same problem and all troubleshooting is already done. I still can't print. Please see attached file for the print screen of what i see. 

 

  1. Delete cookies. (DONE)
  2. Try printing as an image. (DONE)
  3. Try using a different browser. (DONE used firefox)
  4. Disable your pop-up blocker. (DONE for chrome and firefox)
  5. Set Adobe as the default reader.  (DONE Adobe 11)
