When I go to print checks nothing happens it does not open the window to print?

Greetings, @northforkfarms.

Glad to have you here in the Community space. Let me help you print checks in QuickBooks Online.

Since you reference not being able to see the print window, let’s perform some basic troubleshooting to fix the issue.

Let's configure the web browser's pop up blocker to allow pop-up windows for these websites.

  1. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Ensure the Block pop-up windows option is not checked. Unchecking this option will allow pop-ups.
  4. To block pop-ups once again, check the Block pop-up windows checkbox.

If this does not resolve the issue, add Intuit as a Trusted Site. For other recommended solutions in troubleshooting printing issues, check out these articles below:

•    Troubleshooting printing in Windows
•    Troubleshoot printing paychecks, pay stubs, and forms.

If the same problem persists even after performing the steps provided in those articles, I’d suggest getting in touch with Customer Care team for further assistance.
