Let's try to perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the error you've received.

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser.
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  2. If you’re able to login successfully, you may want to clear your browser’s cache.
  3. If you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
  4. Also, you can run the Browser Health Checkup Tool to check your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online.
