Let's try some browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue, treasurer7.

Does this happen when you're printing other reports as well? To know if this is browser-related, kindly use an Incognito window to check if the same thing happens.

If it works fine there, let's go back to your main browser and clear the cache. I'd also suggest printing the reconciliation report using another browser to see if you'll get the same error.

I'd appreciate if you can update me with the results. Just leave a reply and I'll get back to you.

I am also getting the same error. I am printing from the QBO app installed on my computer desk top. It sends it to the que to print but it just errors out. It does not do this with other reports, just the reconciliation report.

We can clear your app's cache to refresh it, Elise Ruth.

From the Help menu, select Reset App Data. Afterwards, print the reconciliation report again. If you get the same thing, we can uninstall and reinstall the QBO app.

If the error persists, I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can further investigate. In the QBO app, click Help and select Contact Us

In the meantime, you can save the reports as PDF first. From there, you can print it. You can also try doing it through the app or via our supported browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.

Please let me know if you need more help. I got you covered!
