I can share some insights about the categories in QuickBooks Online. When exporting expenses to Excel, our system is designed to only show the texts after the colon, which is the actual sub-account name.
Right now, including the entire information is currently unavailable. I recommend checking out the following screenshots to help you know more about the process:
