Will the export data option be available again soon? I've been trying to export all morning and keep getting an error message to try again in a few minutes.

Will the export data option be available again soon? I've been trying to export all morning and keep getting an error message to try again in a few minutes.

We want this resolve as quickly as possible, bristolyogacente.

 

Rest assured that this has been worked on with our engineers so you can use the export data feature again in QuickBooks Online. However, if you need to export specific reports to Excel, we have an option to do that. Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation panel, click Reports.
  2. Look for the report that you want to export.
  3. Select Export to Excel.

For more details, please check export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online for your reference.

 

If you haven't already, I would also recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the affected users' lists. You'll be notified via email once an update is available.
