In the meantime, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps and get rid of the problem. If the browser cache and cookies are full, there's a possibility that the created transactions will be missing.
Let's access your account in a new private window and see if the transactions are there. If the transactions are already saved, proceed to clearing the cache. Deleting cache will boost browser performance when navigating through the company.
If the same thing happens, switch to a different browser.
However, if the error persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They can pull up and look into your account in a secure environment.
