As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the browser cache first. The cache is in place to collect data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. If the cache gets too full, it can have an adverse affect by creating viewing and performance errors in QuickBooks Online. The clearing process will get everything back to running smoothly.
