It's nice to have you here today. I want to make sure you can process credit card payments without any issues.

 

Before anything else, may I know how you do you process the payments? Is the credit card transaction processed manually, swiped or inserted through Pin Pad? Knowing this information will help us narrow things down.

 

Additionally, most credit card transactions does not ask for a CVV code, because they have embedded microchip. This chip encrypts information to increase data security when processing transactions at stores, terminals, or automated teller machines (ATMs).

 

However, if you're using an AMEX card, they have their own policy for CC payments. To check why it doesn't ask for a CVV code, I would recommend contacting our Payments Support Team. For security purposes, we would need to access your Merchant Services account, which I'm unable to do in this public forum.
