You cannot open or restore a Windows file to a Mac, you must use the process below. You should not do this on a regular basis, just as a one-time thing.

Hi I have Quickbooks Enterprise 2019 for windows and now I am switching to Mac so I am unable to convert my Quickbooks to Mac as there is no option coming.
hi @raoharis ,
I am not sure we can migrate Enterprise edition to Mac. We couldn't downgrade Enterprise to Pro/Premier edition as well. You should consider purchasing a conversion service from third party. I could recommend you one. PM me for details.
Hi,
Its very simple to just backup the company in windows and shift it to Mac which also stated in the Q&A on your website then why I have no option in Quickbook Enterprise 2019 to copy my file for Mac ?
hi @raoharis ,
Did you find this menu?
Go to File > Utilities > Copy Company File for QuickBooks Mac Desktop
If we couldn't find this feature on Enterprise edition, that means Intuit does not allow us to do so.
Yes this option.
If there is no option then why its mention on the website ?? if QuickBooks does not allow the export or conversion then why there is Mac version?
hi @raoharis ,
You can find it in Pro/Premier edition. You should consider installing the Pro edition trial license to get the picture. Just my 2 cents.
