"You have forms to send" in reminders list won't go away.

I'm using QB Pro 2019. 

 

In the Reminder window under Business Service Message it says "You have forms to send" but when I double-click it, a window comes up with no forms available
to select. 

I should not be getting this Business Service Reminder. Does anyone know if
there's a way to fix this?

 

Yes, I've tried rebuilding & verifying data in the company file, and no progress. Thanks!

Someone answered my same question. This is what they said to do. And it worked!

  1. Click on Customers at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on Create Invoices.
  3. Open an existing invoice.
  4. Put a check mark on the Email Later option from the Main menu of the page.
  5. Click on Save and Close.
  6. From the Company menu, select on Reminders.
  7. Under Business Service Messages, select on You have forms to send and the invoice will be displayed.
  8. Reopen the invoice from the Customer menu.
  9. Uncheck the Email Later option.
  10. Open the Reminders option again from the Company menu. From there the You have forms to send option is no longer showing.

Normally rebuilding your data should fix this type of issue. Since it didn't, I would recommend trying from another user or computer and seeing if the message is still there. 

 

Let me know if that is still showing up after you perform this testing and I'll look into some more options to get this resolved for you. I'll be keeping an eye out for your reply.

Have you tried verifying and rebuilding your data? If so and the issue persists, let's go ahead and try some troubleshooting steps to better isolate this matter.

  1. Click on Customers at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on Create Invoices.

  5. Click on Save and Close.
  6. From the Company menu, select on Reminders.

"You have forms to send" in reminders list won't go away.

For a short while now, the Reminders list is NOT showing a listing for current day when there are things showing in To Do's list. Have checked my preferences and they are correct. I cannot even double-click the Reminders to get a list. I have done a verify and it said it did fix the Reminders list. I closed out of QB's, and reopened, but no change. This is a very useful tool that I have relied on. Any answers would be appreciated.

To isolate this concern, let's run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool to fix a wide variety of errors when working with your company file.

 

  1. Download the QuickBooks Install DiagnosticTool.
  2. Save the file to the local Desktop.
  3. Close any open programs, then run the QBInstall Tool.
  4. Restart the computer after running the tool to ensure the components are properly updated.

Also, ensure that your QuickBooks is updated to its latest version.
