It's possible you're not using the correct product numbers that's why it's not working when trying to activate the software. You can try looking up your product number using our Locate your Licence tool. Please click on this link: https://emaillicense.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/licensenumber.
Enter the business phone number linked to your Intuit account. Then click the Retrieve my license number. You can then proceed to activate the product after you received an email from Intuit with the instructions.
