Trying to install a new QB Pro 2019 from CD - can't get past product number - first square will not accept 711Q, only the 711 - so the pop-up Lic no not valid keeps coming up. Help, anyone?

Hi there, VITALAWNLADY.

I'm here to help figure out why you keep getting a prompt about your license not being valid.

It's possible you're not using the correct product numbers that's why it's not working when trying to activate the software. You can try looking up your product number using our Locate your Licence tool. Please click on this link: https://emaillicense.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/licensenumber.

Enter the business phone number linked to your Intuit account. Then click the Retrieve my license number. You can then proceed to activate the product after you received an email from Intuit with the instructions.

If you still can't get past the product number, I'd suggest reaching out to our Desktop Specialist for assistance. They have secure access to your account and can help you further with the installation.

For additional references, you can check out the following articles below:

Download QuickBooks Desktop

Find missing license or product number

This should help you towards a successful installation. Let me know if you have additional questions about your product and license numbers. I'm here to help.
