Change your TSheets payment method

Only an administrator can update payment information. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Under Company Settings Account & Billing > Account.
  2. Next to Payment method, select (change).
  3. On the Payment Method page, verify that your company address matches your credit card's address, then select either Card or PayPal
    • If you clicked PayPal, log in, verify your ATM/Debit card number, and select Place Order.
    • If you clicked Card, do one of the following:
      • To add a card you've used before, choose from the list of existing cards on file, and select Place Order.
      • To add a new card, select Choose another way to pay, fill out the required information, and select Place Order.
  4. On the Order Confirmation page, select Done.
