With all the different ways to pay for things, discover what payment methods we accept for a QuickBooks Online subscription.
You need a credit or debit card for QuickBooks Online subscriptions. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The card must have a US-based billing address. US territories are excluded.
To keep your account active, your card will be set up on a billing cycle. You'll have the option to pay monthly, or you can save 10% with annual billing.
We don't accept the following forms of payment:
- Mailed-in checks
- eCheck or ACH billing
- Prepaid or gift credit cards. These typically have "Valued Customer" as the name on the card.
- Cards not linked to a bank. For example, reloadable "cash" cards with credit card logos
- PayPal and other similar payments types
