No. Employees only have access to their own timecards. They cannot access your employee or payroll data in Intuit Online Pyaroll or TSheets.  Only Administrator users are able to access this feature.
TSheets will be the new time tracking solution across all of Intuit. TSheets can provide you access to an updated time tracking experience. It also includes features previously unavailable in IOP time tracking such as scheduling and GPS tracking!
Employees can track their time in either the TSheets app on mobile, tablet, or computer. After the employee accepts their invite to TSheets, they are provided with options you have set up for them.

Previous timesheets can be viewed within your payroll account:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Payroll Summary.
  3. You can filter the date range. The hours will appear as a link, which you can select to show the Timesheet data for that period.
The hours will both show up in your payroll account. If there are days in a period that have hours in both Timesheet and TSheets, it will show up as duplicate.
