Change QuickBooks Time profile settings

Note: You can only make changes to your profile if your account administrator has granted this permission. See: How to Allow Team Members to Make Changes to Their Profile


  1. In the top right corner of QuickBooks Time, by your name, select the down-arrow > Profile.
  2. Make your changes, and select Save.



App Access

  • Revoke access to your mobile app, if necessary. Doing so would require you to sign in to your QuickBooks Time mobile app again.
