Note: You can only make changes to your profile if your account administrator has granted this permission. See: How to Allow Team Members to Make Changes to Their Profile
- In the top right corner of QuickBooks Time, by your name, select the down-arrow > Profile.
- Make your changes, and select Save.
- Manage your profile picture
- Reset your password
- Reopen active windows when you sign back in. This setting will remember the windows you had active during your last session.
- Set your time zone or use the Company Time Zone
- Change your clock-in and clock-out reminders
- Change your schedule notifications and reminders
- Manage your email subscriptions
- Revoke access to your mobile app, if necessary. Doing so would require you to sign in to your QuickBooks Time mobile app again.
