User Limits in QuickBooks Online
Note: Only administrators and standard users count toward your billable user limit.

|Essentials||3 billable users + 2 accounting firms|
|Plus||5 billable users + 2 accounting firms|
|Advanced||25 billable users + 3 accounting firms|
