This change applies to merchant service accounts that were originally created without a doing-Business-As (DBA) name which places them in the weekly processing category.
If your account is currently set to a weekly limit, you will see this listed in the Card Processing Limit description along with the amount you are limited to processing.
Follow the steps below to add the DBA to your account which will change it to a monthly processing limit. If you would like to to retain the weekly processing limit but still need to add your DBA, give us a call during our support hours at 800-558-9558 so we can make this change for you.
- The DBA can be added to your account be going to the Merchant Service Center
- Go to the Account drop-down and select Account Profile.
- Then go to the AccountHolder/Business Information section and click the Change button.
- Complete all the required information and click the Submit button to complete your request.
