What you may be experiencing:
Merchants using the Merchant Service Center to send transaction receipt via email, are encountering a [SEND] button that is not working. When clicking the [SEND] button, nothing happens.
What you can try now:
You can send the receipt via e-mail using the workflow below:
- Log into Merchant Service Center
- Open Transaction search
- Locate transaction
- Click the Gear icon on the right of the transaction
- Click Email Receipt
- Enter e-mail address, select [SEND] - Confirmation will show.
