Importing into products and services from excel. Despite the error message, no rows are highlighted. Checked everything and can find no reason for why the import fails.

Welcome to Community forum. I have the necessary information that can help you create your data for importing into Products and Services in CSV format. Let me guide you on how.

First, ensure that your spreadsheet is formatted correctly by referring to this article: Import products and services into QuickBooks Online.

If the same result persist, let's consider logging into QBO using private browser. Please do this:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, you need to clear the cache in your browser so that the system refreshes. Please refer to this article: How you can clear cache and cookies in different browsers.

However, if the same problem persists, please use another browser instead.
