1099-Misc - What state do I need to file with, or do I?

I always feel like the exception to every rule. I wish I didn't ...

My company is registered in Arizona and has an Arizona address

I work in Arizona and New Mexico

I file as a sole proprietor

I file my personal taxes (which includes my business taxes as a sole proprietor) in New Mexico, filing and paying some income taxes to both states for my day job.

For the first time I need to file 1099-MISC for 2 contractors. They both live in New Mexico.

My questions:

1) I have read both Yes and No that I will need to file 1099 info with these states, but if so which one(s)? (They are not employees, there has been no withholding.)

2) When I fill out the 1099-MISC with intuit online, do I still put my COMPANY name as the actual company name or my own name? This is separate from the line that says FILING NAME - which I believe should be filled out as my own name. They scare me with a IRS threats in the instructions, and it makes me think that the actual COMPANY name should not appear on the form, but it does - just under the FILING Name on the form. This is very confusing.

the answers I can find are confusing, I would call the state tax office and ask if you need to submit a 1099-misc for a contractor, that does NOT have anything to do with oil and gas rights.
Best to get what is a legal answer from the right source IMO

sorry but I do not use QB 1099 prep, I can tell you that the address block on the 1099-misc for the vendor should read like
First and Last Name
DBA name.
street address
City, State and zip
