1099 NEC for 2022 Line Space Between Company Name and Company Address

I understand how important it is to ensure all details in your 1099 fit in the box, fifthblindmouse. I'm here to help you with that.

Editing the details of what prints on the 1099 form isn't possible in QuickBooks. Thus, I suggest modifying and shortening the address instead. This way, all the details will fit in the box.

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. From the Company menu, click the Address section.
3. Update the company address and click Save and then Done.

Once done, you can now print your forms.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if this is a browser-related issue.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

Once done, check if the line space is now deleted. If it does, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.

Also please note that I am asking how to remove the blank line between the company name and the company address,  not a mere space in the company name.  Please see the example in the original post.
