Join nowHello,
We have two separate companies and one person does the books and one person does the marketing for both companies. We want to split the wages for each person 50/50. What is the easiest way to do this? One person is on salary and the other is hourly.
Thank you,
CK18

Running payroll in QuickBooks Online is so easy and you can do it manually, CK18.
You'll want to manually calculate the 50 percent wage amount so you can manually run the payroll on both companies for salaried employee. Then, manually compute the rate per hour based on the 50 percent wage amount of the employee's salary. Finally, manually run the payroll on each company.
