I have checked on my end if we have an open case about this, and I can't find anything at this time.
First, You'll have to make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements in using QuickBooks. Also, the software should always be updated to its latest release.
Second, if it's still the same, let's run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool (QBInstall Tool). It will automatically diagnose and fix installation errors in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download the QuickBooks Install DiagnosticTool.
- When prompted, save the file to the local Desktop or your preferred location.
- Open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe file.
- Follow the onscreen instruction to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Once the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
Restart your computer after running the tool to ensure that it's properly updated.

If all fails, you can perform some troubleshooting by performing Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks for Mac. The damage can often be repaired by rebuilding/verifying to scan your company file for error or data damage: Fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file. After verifying and rebuilding data, you can close and reopen your file after revamp it.
